Alineh has an extensive career in the financial services industry, including commercial banking, 1031 exchange services and the trust industry.  She is responsible for the sales, marketing, and client relationship management for the Southwest Region, including Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, and San Juaquin counties, as well as Central California, with an emphasis in the real estate brokerage, escrow and settlement services, title insurance and escrow industry associations.

She began specializing in real estate tax strategies in 2022 with a specialty emphasis in 1031 exchanges, self-directed IRAs and individual 401(k) plans, title holding trusts (land trusts), specialty holding escrows and custody accounts, all with an emphasis in non-traditional assets or alternative investments.

Ms. Mouradian can assist clients with forward, reverse, improvement (construction or build-to-suit), zero equity, and foreign property 1031 exchanges. She has worked extensively with escrow officers, settlement agents, real estate agents, title insurance representatives, closing attorneys, and accountants in the administration of their clients’ 1031 exchange transactions.
