Mrs. Doolittle has been in the financial services industry, including 1031 exchanges and trust services, since 2013.  She has focused on 1031 exchanges, self-directed IRAs and individual 401(k) plans, title holding trusts (land trusts), specialty holding escrows and custody accounts, with an emphasis in non-traditional assets or alternative investments.

She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of clients’ 1031 exchange transactions, including the administration of forward, reverse and improvement (construction or build-to-suit), zero equity and foreign property 1031 exchange  transactions, as well as specialty holding escrows, and title holding trusts (land trusts).
