Phuong T. Tran is Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff of The Exeter Group of Companies, including The Exeter Group, LLC and Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC headquartered in San Diego, California, Exeter Trust Company and Exeter Asset Services Corporation headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and their affiliate companies. Mr. Tran has been with the company since 2020 and is based in Houston, Texas.

He has brought more than 20 years of professional experience in supporting senior executives and managing complex operations in high-stake and highly regulated environments to The Exeter Group of Companies. His experience and expertise include senior executive level coordination, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration in support of organizational objectives.

In addition to his corporate and government experience, Mr. Tran completed 10 years of honorable service in the United States Army, including combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. His military service provides a strong foundation in leadership, operational discipline, and mission-critical execution, which continues to form his professional approach.
