Ms. Speidel will expand the company’s Midwest Regional Office, based in Chicago, Illinois. She is responsible for sales, marketing, and client relationship management for the Midwest Region including, but not limited to, Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri.
Lauren Speidel is very familiar with the 1031 exchange industry. She worked with Inland Securities and Inland Private Capital Corporation in Chicago, Illinois for close to a decade, specializing in investment products such as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and other alternative replacement property options for clients performing 1031 exchanges. Her background includes working with certified financial planners (CFPs), registered investment advisors (RIAs), settlement agents, real estate agents and brokers, closing attorneys, registered representatives, and accountants in the administration of their clients’ 1031 exchange transactions.
