Speidel Continues as Regional Manager for Midwest Regional Office located in Chicago

Speidel to Vice President and Regional Manager of its Midwest Regional Office, located in Chicago, Illinois. The promotion recognizes Ms. Speidel’s exceptional performance in building and growing the Midwest Regional Office and the company’s overall 1031 exchange business lines since joining the organization in 2017. In conjunction with her promotion, Ms. Speidel officially joins the leadership team of The Exeter Group of Companies.
Ms. Speidel has been a cornerstone of Exeter’s Midwest presence since she first joined the company as a Business Development Officer. Under her leadership, the Midwest Regional Office has expanded its reach across Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri, providing individual, corporate, and institutional clients with direct access to Exeter’s full suite of 1031 exchange services and strategies.
